Are We The Jews?~ We Are The Jews!

There is clear evidence in the Holy Bible that Black people all over the world are the descendants of the original Jewish people–making African Americans Jewish too. My ministry, purpose, and cause are to the lost sheep of Israel—the same lost sheep that Jesus, Yeshua’s ministry was to. We are the scattered sheep of Israel. I preach and teach this with confidence and perseverance because not only does Scripture verify it, but I have been blessed with the Word of Knowledge concerning it. I received the word and the commission from Jesus Christ, Yeshua Himself.

Back in 1996, I had an encounter with Jesus, Yeshua that lasted several weeks and months. During this time He told me many wonderful and amazing things. Some of what He said was: my people, Black people would be Kings and Queens again in my lifetime; He said that my family and I were Jewish like He is; He said that Black people all over the world are descendants of the original Jewish people. He said that He was Black. He told me how and why things got so turned around!

I consider President Nelson Mandela and his wife, and President Barack Obama and Michelle as somewhat a fulfillment of the Kings and Queens prophesy because in 1996 it was nowhere in the horizon that Black people would ever become heads of state such as these.

After receiving this revelation knowledge I started to read the Scriptures with wisdom and understanding. I learned all about my(our) history, and our future blessings. I am still today very passionate about getting this understanding out, especially to my Black brothers and sisters—and also to the worldwide Christian Church. While my mission is to lost Israel, I minister to all who are willing to listen and obey.

What I especially want my people to understand is that first and foremost we need to turn our hearts, devotion and our faith continuously to Jesus, Yeshua and finally see Him for who He truly is to us—Our Messiah and King. He came as one of us and we need to recognize that. He came specifically to the lost sheep of Israel—Black people—to save us and to restore us. We need to reverence Him more than ever.

Jesus, Yeshua said, “I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Matthew 10:6

Secondly—Restore—Jesus, Yeshua came to restore us! There is going to be a restoration of His people and we need to heed the call. This restoration will be in part, a return back to our Hebrew, Jewish heritage. To do this, we need to observe certain Jewish customs such as Sabbath day observance, Jewish holiday observance (such as Yom Kippur, Hanukkah, Purim, Passover, and many others); and we need to observe the biblical dietary law that Jews call Kosher eating. These observances are not to put a yoke on our necks, but instead, are observances that we should feel a sense of love and pride of heritage for—embracing our long lost unknown history. The Book of Romans states that we would be grafted in again to our own olive tree. (Romans 11:23). This is what’s happening now. We ARE being grated into our own olive tree…our own Jewish heritage! Yes! Yom Kippur and all other Jewish holidays are ours to behold.

The L-rd said, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness. I will build you up again, and you, Virgin Israel, will be rebuilt. Again you will take up your timbrels and go out to dance with the joyful.” (Jeremiah 31:3-4; A latter-day prophesy for the day we live in now).

I’m simple when it comes to these messages. Love, Trust, Believe In and Hold Onto the
L-rd Jesus Christ, Yeshua and you can’t go wrong. Many people, the first thing they want to do when they are enlightened to their Hebrew/Israelite/Jewish identity is to abandon their Christian upbringing and denounce the L-rd Jesus Christ, Yeshua. This is the wrong approach. It is indeed the L-rd Jesus, Yeshua who is bringing these revelations to you, and making an appeal to you to come closer to Him. It is of utmost importance for me to keep my message Christ-centered. I want to maintain the love, faith, hope, joy and peace of the L-rd, that I learned in my Christian upbringing. To the basics of Christianity, I am adding a higher plane; a higher level of understanding. I am giving you Meat, however, the basics of Christianity, which is called the Milk, is still very important instruction. You must have the milk before you can digest the meat.

I want to end by saying that I confirm all of my knowledge on the subject of Black Jews and Jesus’ Black identity with the Holy Bible. The Bible doctrine is correct and trustworthy—however, one must show himself approved.

“Study to shew thyself approved unto G-d, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15).

That also means to study different Bible translations, because some are misleading. While the Holy Bible, including the Apocrypha, are trustworthy, the meaning of some verses has gotten lost in some translations. I personally lean mostly on the King James Version (KJV), and for more clarity, I use the New International Version (NIV). Early on as a new Christian, I relied on the Amplified Version to help me understand. Bible commentaries within the Bibles are also helpful as is found in the Original African Heritage Study Bible and the NIV Study Bible. Black people need to realize that the whole Bible is centered around you. If only you would read it—and pray for wisdom and understanding when you do. For those who question the total validity of the Bible…I can’t help you there. You’ll have to pray and come to terms about that on your own, between you and the L-rd Jesus, Yeshua.

STAY TUNED….I’m working on a new book to open everyone’s understanding of the Bible concerning this word.

Ultimately, life is promised to get better right here on earth for all who believe in the L-rd Jesus Christ, Yeshua, whether Jew or Gentile. That is the hope I have!

G-d’s Blessings,

Shabbat Shalom,

Sylvia

What is Kosher Eating?

Have you ever noticed any of the symbols in my picture above, on your food products that you buy from the grocery store? Most of you probably have not, however, these symbols have special meaning. They mean that the product has been certified as being “kosher.” When you buy kosher foods, you are reducing your risks of buying food that have contaminations, diseases, and bugs.

As you can see in my photo of symbols, there are a plethora of them. If you go to your pantry right now, you will probably notice that you have several kosher foods. The word kosher comes from the Hebrew word “Kashrut,” meaning fit, proper and correct. As it pertains to food, it follows the direction of the L-rd written in Scripture about food that is good to eat–the Dietary Law. G-d gave the Israelites, your ancestors, a fit and proper way to eat, not only because He knew what was best, but also for general good health.

In order for foods today to carry one of these kosher symbols, the food must meet the following standards:

  • meat and foul must have been slaughtered properly in the least painful way to the animal, killing them swiftly,  so they do not experience prolonged agony. The animal must also be free of disease, ailments, and broken bones. Once the animal is slaughtered, all of its blood must be drained from its body. The animal must be a “clean” animal as written in scripture. These animals include cattle, goats, lamb, chicken and some other birds, fish that have fins and scales, and several other animals. The meats that are “unclean” according to scripture are swine (pigs), shellfish (crabs, lobster, scallops, oysters and others), many fishes (catfish, etc.), anything that crawls on the earth (snails, snakes, alligators, etc.), insects and bugs. The L-rd calls these unclean for good reason. Also forbidden is drinking the blood of animals as some cultures do, and eating the fat the surrounds the liver and vital organs of an animal. For a complete list of clean and unclean meat, see Leviticus 11 & Deuteronomy 14.
  • Meat and dairy products cannot be cross-contaminated and cannot be processed on equipment that is cross-contaminated with meat and/or dairy products. It is very important to kosher standards that meat and dairy, (not necessarily foul and fish), do not mix, even when eating them. If eating meat and dairy together, the dairy should be eaten first, rinse your mouth with water, then the meat. For example, such as mashed potatoes that have milk and butter ingredients and roast beef. If the meat is consumed first, then there is a 3 hour waiting period before eating a dairy product. There are substitutes for butter and milk that can be used in mashed potatoes if you really want to be strict about it.

Kosher foods are prepared and processed using the highest food preparation standards. The food and equipment are oftentimes under strict rabbinical inspection and supervision. Once prepared, they are certified by a Rabbi of the kosher certification organization. Many people buy kosher because kosher foods are deemed cleaner, healthier and better than non-kosher products.

With the many different problems the food industry faces today including diseases coming from our meat and sub-par preparations from different countries, genetic engineering, GMO’s, processed foods, insecticides, and plain old carelessness, it is satiating to have standards for foods that are kosher certified, signified by its symbol. Of course, it would be difficult to replace every single food item you eat with a kosher one, unless you scrutinize your purchases to the fullest extent.

I personally eat kosher and have for over 15 years. It really helps to understand these symbols on our food and why they are there. I am convinced that if more people would eat kosher, there would not be the epidemic of diseases there are today such as high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.

How to React to Trump’s Rhetoric

You will know a Christian by their Love…(1 John 4:16)

Today many people simply do not know how to respond to Donald Trump’s antics. He provokes anger, enrages us, exasperates us and vexes our spirits. He encompasses everything that is opposite of our Christian spirits including hate, lying, manipulation, drudgery, and intimidation. The Bible instructs us to “Try the spirits,” to see if they are from G-d. (1 John 4:1). Be careful of “wolves in sheep’s clothing.” (Matthew 7:15, Matthew 10:16)

I believe Trump is bent on turning back every single accomplishment that our former decent and outstanding President Barack Obama made, simply because of the color of his skin. It is my discernment that Trump absolutely cannot stand the fact that a Black man had a supreme and powerful position in the world. He would like to strip President Obama of his legacy and his dignity.

So, what should our response be to this outrageous President?

First– We must remember who we are and whose we are. We are the chosen children of a loving G-d and Savior who promises us that He will vindicate His people. Is it okay to hope for the L-rd’s vengeance on our enemies? Yes!! Our father king David prayed unceasingly for G-d to avenge him of his enemies.

“The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.” Psalm 58:10.

“The Lord your God will put all these curses on your enemies who hate and persecute you.” Deuteronomy 30:7.

Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for G-d’s wrath, for it is written: “’It is mine to avenge; I will repay,’ says the Lord.” Romans 12:19.

Secondly– We must react in faith, keep our own peace and continue to uphold and stand for what is good and right.

Lastly– We must keep our speech holy and not let this man or any of his followers cause us to “lose our religion,” by cursing, swearing, slandering and spuing out hate.

I believe G-d has this man in the position that he is in for specific reasons—And our Test is this—Will we continue to follow, obey and imitate our L-rd and Savior Jesus Christ (Yeshua) or will we fall into contempt and hatred along with Trump and his people?

The book of 2nd Thessalonians speaks about a “falling away” in these latter days. I do not want myself or any of you to be a part of that mass of people who will fall away from the L-rd’s commands in this day. (2 Thessalonians 2:3).

Let us walk in “deveikut” which is Hebrew meaning to cleve to, and stay close to our
L-rd.   Amen.

Shalom

Rebuilding Our Communities

Our Communities are so important to each one of us. When we realize some of the failings in many of our low income and poorer communities, it should cause alarm to all Americans. Many people have little to no hope as they feel trapped in communities that do not offer good education or employment opportunities, causing them to never realize such things as owning a home or upward mobility. Many who live in such communities end up turning to drugs and/or a life of crime.

For these reasons, I advocate for those who can, to get into positions to help these and their own communities by getting involved in initiatives that Build Communities either through your local, state or federal government.

Today, I am excited about a government grant that I have recently learned about that is offered by the Department of Labor (DOL) through Grants.gov website called YouthBuild. YouthBuild is everything I dream of for the rebuilding of our communities all over the US. It can be started by individuals or organizations. The Grant itself is self-explanatory and anyone with the wherewithal to take on the initiative can apply. Many may be able to write the Grant themselves.

What is YouthBuild?

Here is a quote from their manual to explain:

“YouthBuild is a comprehensive youth and community development program. YouthBuild simultaneously addresses several core issues facing low-income communities: education, housing, jobs, and leadership development. It uniquely addresses the status of unemployed young men and women who have dropped out of school and have no apparent path to a productive future. It allows them to simultaneously serve their communities and build their own future.”

YouthBuild serves youth ages 16-24 years old. Besides being able to get an academic education resulting in the acquirement of a high school diploma, GED, or other state-recognized high school equivalency degree, the students get hands-on training at building homes, many other vocational and higher learning opportunities, and guaranteed jobs/or apprenticeship once they’ve completed the program.

Many youths from different racial and ethnic groups participate and the program serves rural as well as urban neighborhoods.

The DOL awards grants in the amount of $700,000 – 1.1 million to those who qualify.

Check it out further on their website: www.youthbuild.org

“In that day, I will restore David’s fallen shelter—I will repair its broken walls and restore its ruins—and will rebuild it as it used to be…” Amos 9:11

Passover is Coming!

Tomorrow is Palm Sunday which begins, for Christians, our most Holy Week Celebration leading up to Easter or as many Christians call it, Resurrection Sunday. I too look forward to Holy Week and the celebration of our L-rd Jesus’ (Yeshua’s) ascension into heaven. This colossal act of G-d gives us the eternal hope of life and salvation for all who believe in Jesus (Yeshua), and that G-d raised Him from the dead. He now sits at the right hand of G-d and all authority has been given to Him in Heaven and on Earth. He is our Messiah, L-rd, Savior, and King and is worthy of our most holy worship.

There is also another festive celebration coming up this week on Monday, April 10, 2017. The holiday is Passover, which is not widely celebrated by Christians although it should be, especially by African Americans and other Black Christians. There are many spiritual reasons why we should observe Passover including that Jesus, Yeshua and His family observed it. They were observant Black Jews and the Scripture tells the story of Jesus and His family’s pilgrimage to observe Passover. (Luke 2:41). Another holy reason to observe Passover is that Jesus (Yeshua) became the sacrificial lamb correlating with the perfect lamb that was sacrificed that first Passover. Jesus has become our Passover Lamb in which we have been passed over for our sins because of the sacrifice of His life to save us, giving us eternal life, if we believe.

The Old Testament Passover was instituted by G-d through our father Moses. It is an 8-day celebration that G-d wanted to be celebrated forever by His people and all Christians who share in the blessings of Israel. Passover is celebrated because of G-d’s deliverance of our Israelite ancestors out of slavery in Egypt centuries ago. The celebration starts on the evening of Nisan (Abib) 14 on the Hebrew calendar, which coincides this year with the evening of April 10, 2017 and ends the evening of Tuesday, April 18. Now, this is the thing…the very next day after the first day of Passover, April 11, starts another celebration, which is also a part of Passover called the Feast of Unleavened Bread. This part of the celebration stipulates that G-d’s people should eat unleavened bread for the 7 remaining days of Passover. The reason for this is because G-d wants us to be reminded that He delivered our ancestors out of slavery and they had to leave Egypt hastily, even before their bread could rise. G-d says that on the first day of Passover we must remove any foods made with yeast that is in our homes. That means we should clear our houses out of all bread, cakes, cookies, cereals, oats and just about anything that rises when it is cooked. In modern-day foods, this would be most foods with Carbohydrates, not including drinks, vegetables, fruit, etc.

You may read about the institution of Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread in Exodus 12. Regardless of how old the first Passover celebration is, consider the Scripture and that G-d said for His people to observe it forever!!

In summary, if you want to truly be observant of Passover this year, then you need to remove all of the carbohydrates I mentioned, from your home on April 10. What is eaten instead by most people observing Passover is a cracker-like food sold in the stores called Matzo. You can find it in the Kosher food or ethnic food aisle. Also, there are many flat-breads that do not have leavening agents in them that can be eaten during the feast. If it’s not possible to do all of this, I encourage you to read about Passover and do your research and be prepared for next year! This we do because it is the command of G-d!

Have a Blessed Easter Season and Happy Passover!!

Shalom,

Finding Jesus

The Great Lie Persists! CNN has continued its show “Finding Jesus” in which it depicts a white, long-haired Jesus. This is the HUGE conspiracy that Black people have been up against throughout our history of Christianity.

Does it Matter?!…Yes, it matters what the ethnic identity and race Jesus (Yeshua) was. If it didn’t matter, why won’t writers and producers simply give us true depictions of our L-rd. Scripture describes Jesus as one having “hair like wool.” It also tells us that Jesus (Yeshua) was hidden in Egypt for a while. To be hidden, He would have to look like the Egyptians who were Black people in antiquity. Scripture says “Out of Egypt I called my son,” meaning out of these people and this land, Jesus (Yeshua) was called. Hosea 11:1.

Jesus’ (Yeshua’s) race and true identity connect Him to His chosen, treasured people–Black people throughout the world; the original Israelite people. He has promised that in the latter days which we live in today, He would redeem and restore these people. That’s why it’s important for us–Black people–to know our L-rd and claim Him. He is our King! King of the Jews–and we are the Jews!

Indeed this understanding and knowledge is important to all people, especially Christians. Jesus Himself tells us, “The truth will make you free.”John 8:32. None of us have been free without the knowledge of what Jesus’ true identity is.

“I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars–I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you.Revelation 3:9

When You’re Called A *&%#@*

My oldest daughter is the branch manager at a reputable bank in Tallahassee, Florida. Her job, like many, is filled with high stress dealing with irate people all day long. But yesterday was exceptional. Yesterday a Caucasian female customer went too far when she called my daughter an “effing nigg***” in front of a bank full of customers. This hurt my daughter to the core and it has also hurt me for my daughter to experience such hatred. My daughter who typically has to have very tough skin to do the job she does daily, cried many times at work yesterday. She was simply astonished at such cruelty.

If you’ve ever wondered why I stay on my message, THIS is my why. I want my people to KNOW WHO THEY ARE. We are not slaves anymore and we do not have to believe any old thing that is thrown at us anymore. We are Royal people coming from Kings and Queens!! No…this is not cliche, this is Truth. And we are headed back to that status…Kings and Queens. Don’t grow weary, because it’s coming! Know the Hope that is in you!

We have a loving Savior, L-rd and King who says in His Word that we are His treasured and chosen people and will always be. This is what’s real and this is the promise to Black people.

“For thou art an holy people unto the L-rd thy God, and the L-rd hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto Himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.” Deuteronomy 14:2

My daughter in her hurt, stressed today that Black parents must prepare their children for a world that hates them. But I’m preparing our children to walk in their Royal Priesthood! We must rise above the fray. Like our beautiful Michelle Obama said, “When they go low, we go high.” Black people have the propensity to excel in everything they do. We must live our highest selves and stand out among the rest!

It all starts with knowing ourselves, where we come from and what we are capable of!

“KNOW THYSELF”

What We Must Do!!

February was a tough month for me this year. I spent the entire month trying to get well! I had a severe cold that has taken me over 5 weeks to shake but I’ve finally come to the end of it and I’m back on message! At least I ended the month with a bang because my birthday was the last day of the month. I had a great time enjoying my family and received nice messages from friends:)

Today, I want to talk about some statistics concerning Black Americans. When I look at the stats that I am going to share with you, it reminds me of my never-ending point of WHY we need our Savior Jesus (Yeshua) to do as is promised in the Holy Bible and turn our situation around. He is the only one that can and He promises that He will. But we must help ourselves and be doers, movers, and shakers.

The stats that I will share here come from the book “Black Stats,” written by Monique W. Morris.* I will focus on 4 major areas concerning Black/African American people: Education, Health, Justice, and Homeownership.

Education:

  • 46% of Black students are educated in low performing schools.
  • 58% of Black students who drop out of high school were attending one of the nation’s lower-performing high schools.
  • 42% of Black children are educated in high poverty schools with 76%-100% receiving free or reduced lunch. By comparison, 6% of White children are educated in high poverty schools and 38% of Latino children are educated in high poverty schools.
  • Some improvement~The national dropout rate has improved slightly from 2006-2010. The dropout rate is 8% for Black youth ages 16-24. The national dropout rate for all youth is 7.4%. The US Department of Education has projected a 2% decrease in high school drop out rates for Black students between 2007-2020.

As for Higher Education and College Preparation:

  • Only 44% of Black students in the 9th grade have college counselors compared to 60% of Asian 9th graders and 51% of White ninth graders.
  • Some improvement~ Black student college enrollment. 3 million are enrolled in college nationwide between 2000-2010. Black student college population increased from 11%-14.5%. In addition, 38% of Black Americans ages 18-24 are enrolled in degree-granting institutions, which is more than double the amount of Black Americans those same ages enrolled in 1970. (15.5%).
  • Black students account for 13% of all students enrolled in higher education.

Health:

  • Black and Latina girls 15-19 have higher rates of pregnancy…52 per 1000 and 56 per 1000 respectively.
  • Some improvement~African American girls 15-17 years old are having fewer pregnancies, which decreased by 39% between 1998-2008.
  • Black people have the highest infant mortality rate in the US, (13%).
  • African Americans are disproportionately infected with HIV, in which they account for 44% of newly acquired HIV infections. 1 in 16 Black men and 1 in 32 Black women in the US are expected to be diagnosed with HIV in their lifetime.
  • There are more than 10 million obese African American adults in the US~36% of Black people ages 18 and over nearly 1/4 of the total Black population.
  • 25% of Black youth 6-17 years old are overweight compared to 15% of White youth.
  • Black adults over age 20 consume more fast food than Whites and Latinos.

Justice:

  • 28% of all persons arrested in the US are Black.
  • Black Americans account for 50% of total arrests for murder and manslaughter and 56% of robberies.
  • Black males account for 36% of all male prisoners and Black females account for 25% of all female prisoners under federal and state jurisdiction.
  • Black people are only 14% of the total US population yet account for 38% of all inmates in local jails nationwide.
  • The average time Black Americans serve in state prison for all offenses is 32 mo (2.7 years) compared to 26 mo (2.2 years) for White counterparts.
  • 58% of youth admitted to adult state prisons are Black.
  • Wages grow 21% slower for Blacks who were formerly incarcerated than for Whites who were formerly incarcerated.

Homeownership:

  • Black homeownership rate is 45.6%, which is nearly 29% points lower than the rate of White homeownership. The gap between Black and White homeownership has continued to widen since 1990.
  • African Americans are nearly twice as likely than all Americans to have been affected by the mortgage lending crisis. It is estimated that up to 14% of all African Americans who purchased a home leading up to the 2008 recession may lose it.

As we can see, most of our stats are pretty grim. That is why our churches must mobilize, our communities must mobilize, our politicians must continue to fight on behalf of what’s good and fair and our teachers must not give up. The present presidential administration does not look promising for Black people and the strides we have made could be stripped backward. We must be ever vigilant, sober and prayerful so that we can continue to make positive progress…which is the L-rd’s Will for His people. Let’s turn it around by being aware and knowledgeable!

Shalom

Confusion Looms…And Yet

The World is full of confusion today. The US Government is in disarray and it’s supposed to the leader of the world. The Church is in disarray because of so much dishonesty and sexual immorality. They’re either running people out of the church or creating more people that commit these sins because that’s what they’ve been taught. Many people are unchurched today and think badly of the Church. They feel they have nowhere to turn. Killing is rampant today with no regard for life, whether it be men, women or children.

And then there are people like myself who are STILL constantly trying to lead people to Jesus Christ, Yeshua; still constantly trying to teach the True Word of G-d. And to be honest…I don’t know who I’m talking to anymore. I don’t know who’s listening or who cares. I look at some of the videos and things on Facebook live and YouTube and observe people in general, especially our millennials and I think, how will some of these people ever be reached with the Truth and want to change their lives…Be sold out for Jesus, Yeshua?! There seems to be no real transformation. Regardless of the state of the world, I’m committed to G-d’s Word and teaching what it says.

My message is not Church as usual! There’s a new, fresh, anointed Word from the L-rd for His people today. While my message is aimed at bringing deliverance to my own race of people…My message is for the entire Body of Christ. My message takes the believer to a higher dimension in their Christian journey. Christianity, like everything else, has evolved and many are being left behind.

First of all…All of Church History has taught us that Jesus was a Caucasian, long-haired, blue-eyed man when He was here. Knowledge of the Scriptures today tells us that, that is NOT TRUE. So we have all been living under false pretense and believe it or not many Black people and others turned away from the Church because of this false teaching. Many have felt that there was no way they could worship a White Savior given the history of white people’s oppression of Black people. But the Truth is out and it is significant…Jesus, Yeshua was not white…He was a Black Negroid Jew (Israelite, Hebrew) man and that matters! Jesus, Yeshua Himself said, “…The Truth Shall Make You Free.”  John 8:32 (KJV)

Secondly…it matters because Jesus/G-d has special people He talked to, guided and lead throughout the entire Bible. Those people were His ancestors, His parents, His brothers, and sisters; The Israelite people. Those Israelite people were and are also the ancestors of Black people who are on earth today. This is Major because G-d spoke some specific things that would happen in the Israelite people’s descendant’s future…and we ARE those descendants and this IS the future time that these things would be understood and revealed.

Here is a quick synopsis of our (Black people’s) Biblical past: Our Black Israelite ancestors sinned horrendously before G-d for many centuries and bitterly angered G-d…thusly G-d punished them and their offspring (us), severely for the last 2000 plus years up to this day. The Transatlantic Slave Trade (slavery of our ancestors), was part of our punishment. That is our past history in a nutshell. It explains WHY we have suffered so much as a people, more than any other nation of people on earth. Scripture tells our story and gives our punishment in detail. You would have to read the Logo’s Word (the entire Bible), to get the whole story, but Deuteronomy 28 is one chapter in the Bible that tells about our punishment.

Now here is the exciting thing that I teach about. G-d said that someday our punishment would end and that He would turn it all back and restore us to the people we were originally meant to be. And That is the Fresh New Word For Today…We are at that time of Restoring. The ministry that G-d has given me is to inform my people and the Church of this and to help you understand what He wants from His people and what He wants to be restored. And what’s really exciting is that G-d promises wonderful things for us (His special people…Black people) in this Restoration.

The Book of Jeremiah chapters 30-33 are verses that speak of a future time…the time we are living in now. Consider these blessed words that G-d spoke through the prophet Jeremiah about the Israelite’s descendants, (Black people’s) Restoration, that He is doing today:

Jeremiah 33:6-9 New International Version (NIV)

“‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. I will bring Judah and Israel back from captivity[a] and will rebuild them as they were before. I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me. Then this city will bring me renown, joy, praise, and honor before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.’”

There are many other wonderful Scriptures in which G-d promises to restore us, to make us into His Holy people again; His covenant people. He is going to restore our Hebrew, Israelite, Jewish culture, our Sabbath and our Jewish holidays. These things BELONG to us. He wants to restore our families, our health, our finances, and our land.

It takes faith and obedience for these things to take place. We MUST turn to the L-rd with all our hearts and give Him our attention and devotion. He is Speaking if only we will listen. He wants us back. Yes…We must breakthrough hardship and it’s going to be a process in order to reap these blessings, but our end result is heavenly.

Let’s obey (for ourselves and our offspring). Spiritually, we must move towards our Hebrew, Israelite, Jewish culture for starters. Observe the Sabbath; Eat Kosher; Observe Jewish Holidays. “These Belong to Us.” It’s a learning curve and it’s worth it! And you will be a blessing to all other nations of people! Physically, we must continue to fight injustices, build our communities, stop hurting and killing each other, get our education (higher education included), create businesses and take care of ourselves and our families.

The L-rd promises that He is going to turn our plight around. Let’s believe Him! (Zephaniah 3:20).

Shalom

How to Observe the Sabbath

I have been observing the Sabbath day for many years now. I continue to be amazed at this resplendent day that the L-RD has given His people to observe forever. This wonderful day of rest and holiness comes every single Saturday…a day of rejuvenation and renewal. I have learned to absolutely love this day. Consider what the Holy Bible says about the Sabbath Day:

“Remember the sabbath day to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor and do all thy work. But the seventh day is the sabbath of the L-RD thy God:…For in six days the L-RD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the L-RD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.” Exodus 20:8-11 KJV.

“…my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the L-RD that doth sanctify you.” Exodus 31:13 KJV

“…the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.” Exodus 31:16 KJV

In our Restoration, the L-RD wants us to return back to our observance of this special day that He gave, especially for His Black Israelite people to follow and obey. The commands in the Scripture to the Black Israelite people were everlasting covenants that were always supposed to be taught and observed, to all of our generations. It was lost from us for these past 2000 plus years but now, the L-RD is restoring them back to us. Remember again the definition of restore: to reestablish; “bring back to its former condition, position and rank; make restitution.” This is where we are now in the current dispensation of Christianity and the Church; the Restoration of the original Hebrew, Israelite, Jewish people.

Today I would like to share with you some of the ways that I observe the Sabbath day. The Sabbath day actually begins on Friday evening at sunset until Saturday evening at sunset. The Hebrew word for the Sabbath is Shabbat.  I usually start my day by lighting a couple of candles and saying a prayer thanking G-D for the Sabbath and praying for peace and rest on this day. I pray this for all of my family, friends and the world. I spend some time in the Scripture reading G-D’s Word. There is always a Scripture verse or passage that ministers to me anytime I read the Bible. (I usually do these things on Saturday mornings). Friday evenings I typically rest and enjoy the evening.

I take it easy on the Sabbath. I do minimal housework (wash the dishes, pick up a little bit, light cooking, etc). I don’t get into any of the heavy stuff like washing clothes, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bathrooms. If I need to do something that I think is bothersome to my rest, I will pray and ask the L-RD Jesus, Yeshua if I can do that particular thing. (Sometimes we get behind on things and really need to do a chore etc., that we ordinarily wouldn’t do on the Sabbath). I try not to make a habit of it though.

Basically on the Sabbath, I try to do whatever is enjoyable and restful to me. I like to spend time with my husband, my children, and my grandkids, (going to the kid’s sports events, birthday parties, etc). I like to read, write and/or just relax. I try not to do anything that is going to cause me stress or upset me.

When the Sabbath day ends, I pray the “Havdalah” prayer, which is Hebrew for a prayer that marks the end of Shabbat (the Sabbath) and separates it from the rest of the days of the week. In my prayers, I thank G-D for the rest and peace of the day, and for my family and friends. I pray for many other things that are on my heart.

Jesus, Yeshua said that He is “L-RD of the Sabbath.” Matthew 12:8. G-D did not abolish the observance of the Sabbath. Jesus (Yeshua) will let you know what is acceptable and not acceptable to do on the Sabbath day. He’s in charge! If you happen to work on the Sabbath day, pray and ask the L-RD to deliver you from having to work on that day. Then wait for Him to do His Work!

It’s a great thing that G-D has ordained this weekly rest for His people. I believe that we must show Him that we understand and want what He has for us by observing it. Just step out in faith and do it. It’s a blessing that He wants all of His people to enjoy. The Sabbath day is a very special day to G-D and it should be to us as well.

Sabbath Day observance is the L-RD’s will for His people today! Blessed are all who strive to observe it!

Shabbat Shalom
